The KM & Critical Incident Management SIG has been launched  at KM Europe 2002 and is edited by Andrew Lewis. This SIG is geared towards people involved in any incidents where high stress, safety, and stakes are constant concerns - where KM is perhaps even more essential, yet more sensitive.
