Workpackage 2 in the RIMSAT project was designed to:

• inform the project partners about the fire services sector
• identify scenarious where a RIMSAT tool could be applied
• identify existing data resources
• determine current decision factors
• define the skill sets of those who would use a RIMSAT tool.
