Kaidara's software increases on-line sales, by performing e-merchandising and targeted selling, and lets suppliers offer top quality customer services by finding the solution to customer queries quickly and accurately. This applies both for the pre-sales phase (salesautomation, e-commerce) and for the after-sales phase (customer support).Kaidara offers solutions that understand and model the dynamics and on-line behavior of customers and prospects. The goal is to deliver information, rather than just data, both to customers and suppliers, in order to initiate actions and allow customer self-service.

Role in project

Kaidara is project co-ordinator and the main developer of the RIMSAT system.
Project coordination includes administration and finance, management structure and techniques and work coordination. On the technical side, Kaidara is involved in the identification of existing data sources, models & case histories on PSS side, participates to the definition and developmentof the knowledge management methodology and knowledge engineering approaches, is responsible for the RIMSAT system integration., and participates to the development of the trial applications.
